Fencing Solutions (Type A, B, C & G)

A. Flowline Foundation Installation

Scope: Full-cycle installation of reinforced concrete foundations for oil/gas flowlines, including:

Site preparation & leveling
Precision placement of pre-cast or cast-in-situ foundations
Anchor bolt alignment and grouting

Compliance: Meets API RP 1102 and ASME B31.4/8 standards for pipeline integrity.

B. Excavation, Sand Padding & Backfilling

Process:

Trench excavation (manual/JCB) with strict depth/width tolerances.
Sand padding (washed/approved granular fill) for pipeline bedding.
Mechanized backfilling with compaction testing (95% Proctor density). Safety: Utility mapping, shoring, and confined space protocols.

C. Fencing Solutions (Type A, B, C & G)

Type A (Chain Link): Perimeter security for non-critical zones.
Type B (Welded Mesh): High-security areas (e.g., valve stations).
Type C (Palisade): Intrusion-resistant for well pads.
Type G (Water Effluent discharge): Effluent discharge protection area near wells.
Standards: BS 1722 and Oman Civil Defence Regulations.
